Precise Inspection

A Model 123 inspects all cases with electric eye and laser technology, up to 30 cases per minute. Defective cases are automatically rejected in-line and diverted to a storage conveyor. A “Teach” button ensures all following cases will be inspected according to first approved case.

Rejection & Re-Insertion

Any case that is not approved will be rejected in-line. Pop-up reject rollers ensure a smooth transfer to a storage conveyor. A case re-insertion mode provides the operator with a simple, ergonomic method for reinserting rejected cases. 

Various Options

Additional inspection systems can be added, including an infrared Missed Label detection for hot melt labels and a Label Vision system for checking on the presence and correct placement of a label.
