Emergency support for stopped cut-size sheeter in Brazil by local BW Papersystems service technician

A customer in Brazil called our After Hours hotline on a Saturday for help with a drive issue on a cut-size sheeter that was completely down.

As we couldn’t help via phone, BW Papersystems’ Service Engineer Sandro Kokkinidis drove hundreds of miles on Sunday to start working on Monday morning. He used all necessary precautions and also respected the minimum distance of 6 ft / 2 m.

The customer was very happy with our fast and efficient support. Well done, Sandro!
