Product Description
The fully automatic P 15-90 Excercise Book Line with max. paper reel width of 1130 mm (44 1/2 in. ) is a highly sophisticated solution for the fabrication of wire-stitched exercise books, ruled and unruled preproducts, folded sheets or country specific finished products. It can be used for medium and large runs, from reel to the finished product.
Basic Excercise Book Line consists of a single reel stand, flexo ruling, cross cutting, overlapping, collecting and counting, sheet feeding, wire stitching, folding, spine pressing, trimming of long sides, cutting into individual products, collecting of exercise book stacks and straight-on delivery.
Easy operation and minimal maintenance
A high proportion of mechanical adjustments guarantees easy operation as well as minimal maintenance and repair work. This leads to a high efficiency rate (70% or more) as downtime is minimized.
Modular system
The modular concept of our exercise book machines offers you a complete range of paper converting processes: printing, cutting, counting, collecting, stitching, folding and finishing. All units are designed to complement each other so that a module can be added as and when your growing business and your customers require it.
