Successful start-up for New Packing Systems
Marco Angeli, New Equipment Sales Leader, BW Papersystems, has confirmed the company recently commissioned a four colour 16.28 ServoPro rotary die-cutter at Cazzago San Martino, Brescia-based New Packing System srl.
The machine joins existing converting machines that have also been supplied by BW Papersystems, including a 3100NT flexo folder gluer and a 6.18 MiniPro flexo folder gluer. This new machine is the fifth ServoPro to be sold by BW Papersystems in EMEA region since its launch in February 2021.
“We had a smooth installation and successful start-up of the new line at New Packing Systems,” says Angeli. “The operators, who are all familiar with technology from BW Papersystems, ensured the machine was running smoothly and machine acceptance has now been completed. It is great to get this fifth machine in and running in Europe, as New Packing Systems is a great customer for us.”
With the acquisition of the ServoPro we have notably reduced the set up time and also increased the productivity of the machine both in quality and quantity.
