All Kugler-Womako Passport 1 Machines with Feeder Unit for Security Laminate and Polycarbonate Card.
Description of Improvement
This upgrade is part of the Technical Improvement Program (TIP) and delivers a feeder for thick polycarbonate ID cards module.
A polycarbonate ID card (0.4mm-1.0 mm thickness) is handfed in stacks (max. 85 mm height) in upright position with the hinge up into the feeder unit for laminates and polycarbonate cards.
The ID card is forwarded automatically one by one into the transport system of the machine without
machine stop.
The feeder is equipped with missing card control and can handle ID cards with and without chips, provided planarity and low electrostatic load. A de-ionization device is installed in the feeder.
