Folio-size sheeter type SHM 1400Description of Improvement
This upgrade is part of the Technical Improvement Program (TIP); it installs a tab inserter manufactured by Vacuumatic. This improvement comes with required relays for controlling the cut and feed functionality of the tab inserter along with a roll of 13mm tabber tape.
This upgrade requires hardware modifications and software modifications to the PLC and the touchscreen. Minimum sheet count is to be between 150-250 sheets depending on machine type and options installed. The accuracy of the sheet count is +/- 1 clip between the tabs.
