Description of Improvement

This upgrade was designed to reduce weight for operators as well as reduce order change time.  The new 
design incorporates the electric vibrator to the mounting clamp and uses rubber isolators to improve the 
effective vibration into the tamper blade. 

Additionally, this reduces the weight and time since the vibrator is no longer attached. 

Included is a new tamper carriage, clamp, vibrator, and sets of tamper blades to match existing lengths, along 
with any necessary engineering, installation instructions, and documentation updates.
