This upgrade is part of the Technical Improvement Program (TIP); it replaces the existing bottom tuckers (front and rear) with a replaceable tip with a different profile. This profile is more operator friendly. It allows for more setup forgiveness in an area that is critical to ream quality. With improper user adjustments and worn parts on the wrapper, the bottom tucker profile still creates a higher quality output of reams.
