TIP F 1730 Replacement Motor & Control for the Suction Device
Machine Model for Improvement
Description of Improvement
This upgrade from the Technical Improvement Program (TIP) replaces the obsolete motor & control of the suction device from Durag FSK 40, D-S 377, D-S 378, DK-379 or SABA that are used in Jagenberg sheeters.
This upgrade contains a new motor and a control unit including a separate Siemens S7-PLC as a standalone solution pre-assembled and tested.
The new motor & control of the suction device increase the reliability of the sheeter and do not require maintenance.
This upgrades provides an automatic adjustment of the suction point which does not require any manual settings by the operator.
