Upgrade Description

Web support rings attached to the lower cut-off cylinder aid in supporting lightweight board as it travels through the knife. For best results, use in conjunction with Infeed Web Support Pan and Outfeed Web Support Pan upgrades.

Installation Description

  • Measure up for placement of rings
  • Tack weld tabs to cylinder
  • Fasten rings to tabs

As the difficulty range is rated as simple, installation can be performed by customer’s plant personnel. A mechanic with welding skills is required.
