Automatic Glue Gap Control

Automatic Glue Gap Control maintains consistent glue application throughout the speed ranges of the corrugator by automatically adjusting glue gap as a function of speed.

Easy Clean up and Maintenance

The glue and metering roll assembly is mounted on a motorized trolley assembly that rolls out for easy clean-up, inspection and maintenance

Automatic Glue Dams

This optional electric glue dam system sets the dam positions based on the running paper width. Can be interfaced to the wet end process controller and/or the bridge guide system

Preheaters

Equipped with preheaters for the singleface web and the outside liner for more consistent heating across the board
