Navigator’s interface is built for the people who use it. With a fully web-based interface (HMI), it runs on modern browsers and displays consistent data wherever it’s accessed – on the manufacturing area, in the office, or remotely. But it’s the experience that sets it apart. Think of it like a smartphone for your corrugator: swipeable screens, icon-based navigation, minimal text, and an intuitive layout that helps new operators get up to speed fast. It’s modern, easy to localise, and reduces training time while increasing confidence.

Order Changes Made Smarter 

Fast, accurate order changes are critical and Navigator delivers. Whether it’s gap, gapless, or diverterbased , the system sequences the right changeover based on production mode and current conditions. It automatically adjusts machine speeds, manages the slitter and stacker, and ensures transitions happen efficiently with minimal waste.

With the acquisition of the ServoPro we have notably reduced the set up time and also increased the productivity of the machine both in quality and quantity.
