Description of Improvement
This upgrade is part of the Technical Improvement Program (TIP); it replaces the existing PMAC cylinder controller with MWU’s latest PC based knife cylinder control platform. The new cylinder control will run with an industrial PC and Ethernet I/O.
This upgrade includes remote troubleshooting ability and improved diagnosing capabilities. It includes all necessary engineering, industrial PC, interface hardware, software, installation instructions, manual updates, and print updates.
