Machine Model for Improvement
All Jagenberg Sheeters with S5 and S7-PLC
Description of Improvement
This upgrade is part of our technical improvement program (TIP); the existing operator terminals (e.g. Lauer PCS, Jagenberg PCS, Siemens) are obsolete and no longer available. This TIP module includes a new main operator terminal for the basic machine and if required, also for the unwind stands.
The required communication interface will be realized by a S7-PLC. The data exchange will be executed via Profibus / Profinet. The operation terminals perform all input and output functions. All functions of the existing terminal will be transferred exactly to the the one.
