Description of Improvement

Over time, after years of intensive daily, round-the-clock production, draglink unit parts wear out. As a result, knife life becomes shorter and cut quality deteriorates can occur.

This TIP module provides a complete new draglink unit and replacement of wear and tear parts such as, but not limited to, bearing and bushings of the cross cutter knife drums and drive train.

The overhauled assemblies cause less vibrations and reduced noise emissions and improved sheet length accuracy.
