This upgrade includes a new control box that houses the Siemens S7-200 plc, 24 VDC power supply, 5 VDC power supply, analog and digital I/O modules and other electrical components for precision control of the sheet length and squaring. This control system also comes with a Squaring Position Transducer, Draw Drum Encoder, Squaring and Length Motors. This system also provides a 2 line, 20 characters Digital Operator Interface. Through this device the operator enters the Sheet Length (selectable, millimeters or inches), performs Diagnostics, and Calibrates the sheet length and squaring.
