The Anvil Life Extender provides an infinite variation of cutting die to anvil blanket contact. This variation increases anvil life and improves die cut quality. Board crush and cutting die maintenance are reduced as a result of lower cutting pressures.Upgrade Benefits
- The Anvil Life Extender works in conjunction with the Anvil Oscillator to spread anvil wear evenly over the surface of the blankets.
- Evenly spread anvil wear requires less cutting pressure, resulting in less score cracking and longer anvil life.
