TIP C 2020 Replacement of Obsolete PRIMO Motion Controller
Machine Model for Improvement
All bielomatik cut-size sheeters type P15-02, P23-02, P25-02, P26-02 and P32-02 (2-6 pockets)
Description of Improvement
The existing PRIMO motion controller for the sheet collecting function of the cut-size sheeters is obsolete and no longer available.
This upgrade will replace the obsolete PRIMO motion controller by a new one from the latest generation.
Exchanging these obsolete parts greatly improves the machine availability as it reduces the risk of unplanned downtime.
As this upgrade is a one-to-one replacement no new switch cabinets are required. All relevant program modifications are included in this TIP. The existing motors and wiring remain unchanged.
