Fully Automatic Starch Mixing System

VortX uses a proprietary 10-step adhesive mixing process that efficiently prepares precise starch batches in far less time than other systems. Batches are mixed and ready in 10 to 12 minutes versus 30 minutes or more for other systems. This reduction in batch preparation time allows the following production benefits:

  • Faster corrugator start-ups.
  • Smaller batches are more closely matched to the product being run.
  • Just-in Time Delivery of starch to the corrugator as needed.
  • Fresher, more consistent starch that can improve bonding.
