If at a certain point your maintenance personnel are not able to resolve an issue that has led to an unplanned machine downtime, you need expert support – immediately. With the portable “ExpertOnline to Go” box at your production facility you have direct access to our expertise:

Just connect the “ExpertOnline to Go” box with one of the included adapter cable to your machine and via LAN-cable or Wi-Fi to the Internet and you will receive remote support by our Helpdesk. The “ExpertOnline to Go” box will be operated by a Tablet-PC including a webcam.

By guiding your operators & maintenance personnel through a structured fault analysis routine, we can identify faults and provide instructions and hints to resolve the issue. With ExpertOnline, we can remotely access PLC, drive, HMI (touchscreen), AS-I monitor and MES. An SSL-encrypted tunnel connection is used to ensure the required IT security. Communication is possible via chat board, and pictures or drawings can also be interchanged. With the webcam support we can optimize production processes and facilitate the identification of mechanical faults.
